ABOUT US
Lacare Innovative and creativity initiative is a Non-Governmental organisation established to foster development and productivity of Women and youths in the society, by empowering them through innovative and creative value added programmes and leadership trainings, ensuring they are equipped with required skills to help them succeed now and in the future. We aim to assist Women become more productive by developing life-long skills and become solution providers to the community, the nation and the world at large.
To achieve this we would focus on four key areas.
Providing youths with appropriate learning and life skills which will impact their standard of living. We believe with the attainment of such skills youths will live happier, be productive and also become entrepreneurs and employers of labour hereby developing the nation.
Providing youths with leadership training required to succeed as an individual. The ability to lead effectively and affect the community is based on a number of key skills which our leadership training program will address. Our service include consulting, training, and coaching with an emphasis to design thinking for innovation. Youths will be able to understand and develop their leadership potential by the following.
